1 - The minimum area of booths inside the hall is 24 square meters and outside the hall is 36
square meters.
2- The booth can only be handed over if the payment is made in full and after receiving the payment
slip from the exhibition organizing committee.
3- During the exhibition, the booth managers must be present in their
booths 30 minutes before the start and after the end of the exhibition working hours. During this
period and during the exhibition working hours, the participant is responsible for security and any
incidents that may occur inside the booth, and the exhibition and the organizer will not be
responsible for this.
4- The participant does not have the right to assign the booth to anyone else. If this is observed,
the booth will be blocked from operating.
5- Participants, in the case of booth construction, must complete the
booth construction forms and obtain approval for the booth design plan, as well as announce the name
of their booth construction contractor to the exhibition management and the organizing committee no
later than 10 days before the start of the exhibition. The use of self-built booths (booths without
exhibition structures and equipment) is subject to specific regulations, which the booth
construction contractor is obliged to comply with.
6- Maintaining and observing Islamic decency and dress is mandatory for both men and women.
7- Cleaning inside the booth is the responsibility of the participant.
8- Participants must act within the designated area of the booth, regarding the layout of their
booths. Violating the corridors is prohibited and will result in a fine. Also, placing advertising
stands inside the corridors and public spaces of the hall is strictly prohibited.
9- In addition, if you refuse to attend the exhibition, the deposit will not be refunded.
